I’m a regular here at this location, as is my entire family. I refer people here all the time. But that is going to change after today. My last visit was unsatisfactory. I registered before hand online. I had to wait for three customers who were walk ins. My stylist ignored or did not understand my instructions and cut my hair much too short. This time, I arrived an hour after the posted hours (online and on the door of the location). I signed in online once again. I arrived on time to find the door locked. Two employees were inside and one person was having a haircut. I called in to be told that the shop would not open for “about” another half an hour. I returned about 20 minutes later, and saw several people leave and the door was locked afainX. Finally, they opened and I had another disappointing haircut. This particular location is having a very difficult time keeping stylists - my favorites have all moved on. Very disappointing. I hope the owner of the franchise gets things under control again.
